History: Famous for being an army of one mech and giving a fast death to his opponents, was seen as a freak among the Decepticon troops for not taking prisoners or enjoy torturing them.
He also was a well known weapon collector and maker, being specially recognized for his fine swords but nearly at the end of the war he was accused of selling weapons to the Autobots and sent to prison.
After the Battle for Iacon and the exile of the Decepticons to New Kaon a large amount of 'con prisoners was sent to the jail planet Nessus abroad the ship Penumbra without many supplies and almost no weapons to defense, Shogun being one of them, but before reaching his target a riot was unleashed and nothing more was known by the Decepticons about the Penumbra.
Eons later the Penumbra, now under the command of the prisoners, entered to the Solar System in search of energon, where was attacked by an old Decepticon warship, and despite the the cease-fire messages, the jail was was severely damaged subsequently destroyed upon impact on a blue planet killing almost everyone inside it.
His corpose was later found by Cirrus who modified and used it to hunt Decepticons.
